My client, a global leader for ophthalmic and precision optics manufacturing technology is looking for a Product Manager to join the global Integrated Solutions Team. They are seeking someone with an entrepreneurial spirit to drive the success and innovation of your assigned automation product.

My client, a global leader for ophthalmic and precision optics manufacturing technology is looking for a Product Manager to join the global Integrated Solutions Team. They are seeking someone with an entrepreneurial spirit to drive the success and innovation of your assigned automation product.
Your day to day:
- Lead the development and execution of the automation roadmap, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities across various functions, including but not limited to manufacturing, operations, and customer service.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and identify emerging technologies for automation integration.
- Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Drive product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies, conducting user training, and monitoring product performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5) in product management, with a focus on automation or robotics, Ophthalmic industry preferred..
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of automation technologies, such as robotic process automation (RPA), machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
