A contact at Korber reached out to us about one of their departments experiencing a period of growth. The business specialises in creating production equipment and were looking for a Senior Commission Qualification Validation (CQV) Engineer who would be responsible for engineering and maintaining the machinery while also overseeing the team.


In response to a dynamic growth and expansion phase, a permanent opportunity arose within the CQV team that needed to be filled as soon as possible to keep up with client demand. The role required an individual that specialised within the CQV space, working specifically with pharmaceutical packaging machines. Additionally, fluency in both German and English was an indispensable requirement for the role.



Drawing upon our extensive and influential network, we sourced and identified a number of candidates who met the requirements for the role. Alongside this, we also actively head-hunted passive candidates, engaging in a series of comprehensive discussions to qualify them for the role. We were able to provide a substantial shortlist of relevant candidates within a 2-week timeframe, in which 5 moved to first interview stage. After 3 stages of interviews with various internal stakeholders, the client selected a candidate and moved forward with an offer. 



We successfully delivered an offer to the candidate which they were happy to accept as the role aligned well with their personal and professional aspirations. We assisted with the onboarding process and have stayed in regular contact since they started.
