Position Summary:
Catalyst is working with a client looking for a Strategic Account Manager. In this role you will be managing key client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering customized solutions. It requires strong communication, business development, and account management skills, with a focus on the medical device manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for strategic clients and build long-term relationships.
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities and drive account growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches and transfers.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular reviews and proactive issue resolution.
  • Provide updates and reports on client performance and key metrics.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent experience.
  • Preferred background in engineering and medical device manufacturing.
  • Experience in account or program management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM (Salesforce) skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Engineering background is a plus
  • Account management in medical device manufacturing is preferred
