Catalyst Life Sciences is working with a client who is currently seeking a Staff Human Factors Engineer to join their growing team. This client is a major international medical device firm with a "start-up" like culture. This position would sit hybrid out of the firms Andover, MA site.
Day to day you will:
- Work with usability testing and studies
- Work alongside Project Managers to assist in managing timelines, budgets and teams
- Provide guidance to both sustaining and new product development teams
You Should Apply If You Have:
- 5+ Years of Experience in Human Factors Engineering within the Medical Device space
- A Bachelors Degree in Engineering or other related fields
- Experience with medical device protocols including IEC 62366-1, ISO 14971, ISO 13485
