Project Manager

A reputable, family-owned company at the forefront of the mobility and food industries, situated in greater Vienna, Austria are seeking a Project Manager. With a focus on manufacturing consumer foods on the site, there are vast opportunities for professional growth and development, both locally and globally.

Reporting directly to the department head, the ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, demonstrating adaptability and innovation in meeting the demands of our industry. 

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management processes, collaborating closely with technical disciplines to ensure alignment and successful delivery of key milestones.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, overseeing budgets ranging from 1-6 million euros.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for costings, scheduling, quality control, and overall project coordination.
- Conduct installation briefings and occasional site visits to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within plant engineering, machine/line production, or machine manufacturing.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from concept to design approval.
- Strong budget management skills and experience overseeing budgets of varying sizes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Positive mindset, hands-on attitude, and a passion for driving innovation within the organization.
