Electrical Engineering Manager

Working with a client who is currently seeking a Electrical Engineering Manager to report to the Director of Manufacturing and will be in charge of taking a manual testing process and building the automation process that will take the company to the next level of production. This client is a major rapidly growing medical device firm with a "start-up" like culture.

Day to day you will:

• Lead a small team of electrical engineers to create a completely new automation system to enhance production.
• Be a hands-on technical manager to help assess the projects risks and issues as they come up.
• Collaborate with the R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to make sure all parts are coming together and running properly.
• Make suggestions and recommendations to the larger team on what needs to be done and have ways to execute.

To be successful you should have:

• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering focused in medical devices or other regulated area
• Background in electrical engineer is preferred
• Must have hands on experience working with LabView
