On behalf of a client, we are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) for the CDMO department in the pharmaceutical sector near the Dresden area. The position requires having professional experience leading others and overseeing the full life cycle of the CDMO project.

Tasks:
- Coordinate and lead team members and external resources to achieve project goals
- Monitor the progress, identify risks, and implement solutions
- Responsible for structuring, implementing, and tracking project plans
- Ensure compliance with common quality standards in the pharmaceutical industry
- Communicate with clients and manage expectations, provide updates, and receive feedback
Requirements:
- University degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in project management
- Experience with CDMO and working with international clients
- German and English business fluent (C1) required
