Hayley grew up in the San Antonio area, and after graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry in 2018 from Texas A&M University (Whoop!), went into pharmaceutical sales in Houston. She grew tired of the heat and of COVID limiting customer interactions, so pivoted into pharma recruitment and moved cross-country to Boston in January 2023 to work with Catalyst.
When she's not talking to med affairs professionals across the industry, you can find her at one of Boston's museums, watching baseball, or reading a good fantasy novel with a record spinning in the background.
