Opportunity to join global medical device company as part of their corporate quality team, overseeing the distribution sites across South America.

Responsibilites

• Leading and managing the Quality Assurance teams located at various subsidiaries and distribution facilities across Latin America.
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance policies and procedures that conform to international standards, including ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, and MDSAP.
• Managing a team of 3 local quality managers.
• Overseeing the management of internal and external audits, including preparation, corrective action plans, and follow-up.

Experience Required

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in a Science or Engineering discipline. 
• 7+ years Quality Systems experience in medical devices, and significant knoeledge of the LATAM market.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required, proficiency in Portuguese is preferred
