Responsibilities
Identifying potential risks and opportunities and helping to develop credible forward-looking financial statements.
Coordinating requests for information and providing explanations of variances to key stakeholders as well as specific special project requests.
Assisting with annual planning, budgeting, operational reporting, weekly production planning, cost reviews, OPEX reviews, and forecasting.
Monitoring the business regarding efficiency, profitability and effective time and resource management as well as measuring performance against goals and .
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
3+ years' of relevant experience in a finance role, preferably with P+L, Revenue, Inventory, Forecasting, Balance Sheet, or Cashflow - willingness to learn the rest preferred/required.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong quantitative financial skills
Ability (and willingness) to work on-site 4 miles from Ramsey, NJ Tuesday - Thursday required.
