Catalyst Life Sciences is currently partnered with a global medical device organization hiring for their site in Phelps County, NE. This Plant Controller position will be responsible for managing the accounting functions for the manufacturing facility.
Day to day you will:
- Manage a team of accountants to ensure accurate books are kept
- Interact with the manufacturing floor to understand the day to day operations and streamline accounting processes
To be successful you should have:
- 10+ years of accounting experience and 5+ years of Plant Controllership (Manufacturing Accounting experience required)
- Experience with SAP 4Hana
- Experience managing teams
