We are currently looking for a Mobile Devices Support Engineer for our team in Munich. An exciting work environment in a family team with a good working atmosphere and development opportunities await you.

Your area of responsibility:

  • Support and customizing of existing installations in close coordination with our customers
  • Problem analysis and solution for IT problems of our clients
  • VIP-Support
  • Problem analysis and solution for media technology
  • Problem analysis and solution for print services
  • To be ready in multitasking to adapt work priorities to the needs of clients
  • Responsible implementation of the assigned tasks
  • Planning and implementation of software rollouts and updates
  • Close cooperation with product management, development, and other specialist departments

What to bring:

  • You have completed a computer science education or something similar and have already gained several years of practical experience
  • Very good knowledge of Windows 7/10
  • Good knowledge of media technology
  • Experience with mobile devices
  • Knowledge of printer management
  • ITILv3 or ITILv4
  • You are familiar with IT customer care and on-site support
  • You enjoy working in multinational teams and know how to deal with sensitivity and openness to cultural differences
  • Service-oriented and motivated personality with excellent communication skills
  • You are fluent in English and German, both spoken and written
