Manager, Warehouse and Dispensing (NJ 503b)

We're currently recruiting for a Warehouse Manager to join a fast-growing Pharmaceutical Manufacturer for one of their sites in Mercer County, NJ. The incumbent will report to the Site Operations Head and be responsible for managing warehouse operations - including shipping, inventory, and delivery. Requirements

• Must have experience working in a Pharmaceutical company
• Associate's degree in a related field, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience, with 5+ years in leadership position managing the work of direct reports, processes, and budgets in the distribution and/or manufacturing industry.
• Proven ability to anticipate, identify, and solve problems effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads, motivates, and guides a team of warehouse associates to provide seamless 24x7 support.
• Conducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, reconciles any differences, and replenishes stock and inventory as needed.
• Schedules materials being transferred to and from the warehouse and transfers inventory to trucks for delivery according to schedule.
• Manages, oversees, and ensures safe storage and handling of prescription drugs including hazardous drugs and controlled substances.
• Oversees and monitors expenditures, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain budgetary control.
