Responsibilities
- Partner with Management to lead a broad range of HR initiatives including change management, leader effectiveness, employee life cycle, employee engagement, and employee relations.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with leaders and employees.
- Resolves complex issues related to the development and implementation of HR processes, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience preferable in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong internal and cross-functional relationships.
