Our client is actively in search for a global Head of MSAT Drug Product to lead the late-stage development & technical excellence strategy across a global network of internal and external DP manufacturing sites.
Day to day you will:
- Develop the MSAT Drug Product Strategy for Large Molecules across the organisation: Site & Global to achieve efficient alignment of processes.
- Work Effectively across departments with the Site Senior leadership team
- Collaborate with the R&D team to influence the development & manufacturing strategy.
You should apply if you have:
- 10+ years of experience in the Biopharmaceutical industry
- Strong expertise in large molecule (API) technical transfer, processes, validation & equipment.
- Experience & proven results leading a high-achieving MSAT team.
- Min MSc in relevant life sciences subject Eg; Biotechnology etc
