A leading Pharmaceutical company are looking for a Customer Care Team Leader to join their growing team in the German office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a large team with different levels of seniority in Customer Care
- Deliver on commercially related KPIs to a high standard
- Provide relevant training and feedback to improve the team's overall performance
- Analyse and report on potential solutions for commercial improvement in Customer services
Your Profile:
- 3+ years of experience in leading a team in a Customer Care/ Service background
- Strong commercial awareness of a Customer Support Centre environment
- Native and/or professional fluent in both German and English
- Solutions-driven and strategic mindset
