My client, a global pharmaceutical company are looking for CQV Engineers for Continuous Manufacturing equipment to join their site in County Cork. The company are expanding on their current site with a new manufacturing facility and need this person on board to contribute significantly to a successful project. The role involves taking ownership of CQV projects concerning Manufacturing equipment including API reactors and centrifuge and involves hands on authoring and execution of protocols.
CQV Engineer – Continuous Manufacturing
Location: Ireland, Cork
Rate: Competitive
Duration: 12 months minimum (chance for extensions)
Job function:
- Support the CQV lead to manage the execution of the CQV phase post construction.
- Coordinating with internal teams for CQV activities and timelines
- Responsible for authoring and execution of utility protocols.
- Approval of SAT protocols.
- Generate verification documents including risk assessments and method statements.
To be considered you need to have.
- 4 years’ experience CQV working continual process equipment.
- Small molecule API experience.
- Hands on writing and executing protocols for utilities.
- Some knowledge of Automation techniques.
