I'm working on behalf of a global pharmaceutical company who are looking for a Senior Project Cost Controller to join their site in Southern Germany for a long term CAPEX construction project. The role involves planning and managing budgets throughout the project until completion, for all internal and external resources needed. You will report directly to the Project Director and have responsibility for costing resources including external subcontractors, engineering companies and site maintenance and security.

Hourly Rate: Competitive

Duration: contract (initially 12 months with extensions)

To be considered you need to have.

• Planning and managing cost and budgets for high budget CAPEX construction projects.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, semiconductor, chemical or other similarly regulated industry.
• Experience with managing budgets for both internal and external resources, for example; construction contractors, engineering companies, material suppliers or site security.
• Strong level German and English.
