We are currently looking for a Technical Expert to join our team on our client’s side. A great opportunity to work in an IT industry with exposure to new technologies and international environment.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting as a Subject Matter Expert in the Bartender Labelling Implementation
  • Elaborate detailed business processes for engineering teams
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand required capabilities, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions
  • Work directly with Project Managers and customers to determine their application system requirements and configuration options for new/modified product implementations
  • Provide options & recommendations on technology solutions to address business needs
  • Field questions/concerns regarding requirements from the customer that the development team will use during design and development efforts
  • Conduct product implementations remotely as needed
  • Act as a technical main point of contact for customers during the implementation process
  • Determine technical challenges and or issues and escalate potential issues to appropriate resources
  • Have a good understanding of regulatory requirements and how they relate to existing and new business systems and practices, primarily GxP
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Previous experience as a Senior Solution Architect or Senior SME in Logistic Labelling
  • Excellent knowledge of Bartender Labelling Solution as well as previous hands-on experience in Bartender implementations
  • Previous experience within the Pharmaceutical environment is desired, specifically experience with personalized medicines processes is a plus
  • Familiarity with Pharmaceutical regulations such as GxP environment and documentation
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to communicate well across all levels of the organization
  • Stakeholder Management skills
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
