Team Leader Production

My client, a pharmaceutical world leader, are looking for a Production Team Lead to join their high containment manufacturing facility on a permanent basis located in Freiburg. You'll be joining a very agile department, with the opportunity to lead a team of up to 15 people.

- Disciplinary and professional management of employees (m/f/d) in group work
- Active role as change manager by actively supporting continuous improvement activities
- Responsible for conducting training according to the training plan, as well as personnel deployment and shift planning
- Ensuring implementation of the weekly plan
- Shared responsibility for delivery capability, quality, costs and efficiency
- Creation and implementation and compliance with SOPs
- Participation in projects
- Participation in the creation and updating of documentation (operating instructions, risk assessments, SOPs)
- Responsibility for occupational safety and environmental protection
Your skills:
- Completed master's training or many years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or comparable training
- Good knowledge in the production of various dosage forms
- Experience in training and assessing employees
- Very good knowledge of GMP, safety and hygiene regulations as well as how to use common software
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German. Knowledge of the English language is an advantage.
- Leadership skills, assertiveness, and a goal- and result-oriented way of working
- Willingness to work shifts
