She is now responsible for the growth of the DACH market within her specialist areas of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs with a focus predominantly on Germany and Switzerland. Hannah loves to keep up to date with the latest news in her market but if she’s not building her network, you can find her hitting up the newest food spots in town.

What is the most important skill as a recruiter?
Consistent communication is key to understanding the needs and ambitions of a candidate. Having a strong grasp on these then enables an efficient process from initial contact to post placement.
What are the values that drive you?
Positivity. I’m always wanting to go the extra mile in everything I do and am driven by an ambition to only make decisions that will bring positive action whilst always keeping a smile on my face. Positivity is the key.
What’s the most sought after skill set in your market at present?
With the current MDR transition due to come into effect very shortly, regulatory affairs candidates are highly desired by many of my clients.
