Senior Staff Software Systems Engineer

Do you want to play a key role in the development of diabetic devices within a dynamic medical device manufacturing company? As a Senior Staff Systems Engineer, you will be a key member of a multi-functional project team consisting of Software, Firmware, Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, and Quality engineers alongside with Marketing, Medical, and Regulatory partners to achieve project based work. Do you feel you are ready for that next step? This is a hybrid position based in the Greater Boston Area.

Job Requirements:

• Communicate requirements and analysis results with the multi-functional teams.
• Develop and implement formal and informal test protocols. Use finding to drive decision-making and iterate on the design.
• Write protocols and reports for coordinated system verification and validation testing.
• Promote the systems engineering function and serve as a driver for the application of a systems-oriented focus to all Diabetes Care development teams and partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or a related field
• Experience working in a cross-functional team and comfortable dealing with stake holders
• Proficient with Medical Device regulations (IEC 60601; IEC 62304; ISO 13485)
• Hands-on experience in experimental techniques, statistical analysis & engineering investigation techniques
