Senior Quality Engineer

JCW is currently searching for a Sr. Quality Engineer that will be reporting to the Director of QA/RA. As a Sr. Quality Engineer you’ll lead/mentor a small group of junior engineers and assist with various NPD products. This is an on-site position supporting a small but well-established Medical Device client in the Greater Salem area.

Day to Day You Will:

• Participate in design and development of new products through risk analysis, verification and validation test plans etc;
• Approve engineering change orders, review prints and be familiar with GD&T
• Use statistical techniques and risk analysis to solve quality problems and mitigate product/process risks
• Mentor other members of QA team in statistical and problem-solving techniques

You Should Apply if you Have:

• 6+ years of Quality Engineering experience (Medical Device experience strongly preferred)
• Experience with Gage R&R
• Experience with internal and external audits
