Marketing Lead

JCW is currently recruiting on behalf of a global pharmaceutical company that is looking for a Marketing Lead to join their global team. As a senior marketing professional, you will design and drive the marketing strategy and lead the marketing group globally. Candidates can be based in/work from one of the following locations: Paris, Rome, Madrid, Lisbon or Athens.

Some of your responsibilities include:

• Designing and driving the marketing strategy for different company brands with a focus on the Healthcare Profession.
• Contributing to evolving the team and working with the international departments to develop the organisation's focus on healthcare marketing.
• Bringing together and working with different teams across the organisation.
• Supporting the marketing department in a leading position while focusing on using a variety of marketing channels.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience working in a marketing position;
• A background in commercial marketing and pharma marketing;
• A bachelor's degree or master's degree in marketing or related area;
• You are fluent in English.
