The Role:

The Business Developer (BD) identifies and evaluates profitable commercial agreements, acting as an entrepreneurial force within the company. The BD plays a crucial role in strategic development, unearthing growth opportunities and managing end-to-end commercial projects. The Segment Lead (SL) represents and oversees services, products, or solutions, managing business indicators and ensuring a long-term marketing strategy aligned with overall goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Business Development:

- Develop a growth strategy for financial gains and customer satisfaction.

- Research new markets and customer needs.

- Conduct business meetings with potential clients.

- Promote company products/services and ensure compliance with established guidelines.

 

Segment Lead:

- Collaborate with various teams to define and implement strategies for services, products, or solutions.

- Provide proactive support and coordinate activities within the marketing department.

- Evaluate market competition and introduce new services/products.

- Meet operational requirements and deadlines for development.

 

Requirements:

- 5 Years professional experience in Marketing and Business Development or equivalent.

- Strong scientific background (Bachelor of Science within a scientific field).

- Fluency in French, very good knowledge of English (Italian is an asset).

- Understanding of the Swiss healthcare market.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Aesthetic sense and digital marketing skills.
