We are currently searching for an international MedTech company in North Hesse for a process engineer (f/m/d) specialized in sterilization. While the company is listed on the DAX, it remains family-owned, reflecting its dual commitment to both corporate excellence and family values.

Responsibilities:
- Technical design and overseeing the implementation of sterilization (gamma radiation) projects on a global scale
- Providing technical support to sites and coordinating with suppliers
- Managing sub-projects such as feasibility studies and process optimization
- Advising internal stakeholders on sterilization issues across the medical device lifecycle
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, medical technology, or related fields
- International project experience
- Professional working proficiency in English; additional languages preferred
- Experience necessary in the medical/pharmaceutical industry and with radiation sterilization, preferred in gamma radiation processes
