HOW IT WORKS
The executive is provided with one contact telephone number, and can call for a confidential, off-site appointment directly, at any time. We analyze the situation, and take remedial action. The executive is assured of competent assistance, with no need to shop around for the professional expertise they require.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Absolute confidentiality is assured. We provide neither verbal nor written information about the executive/manager to anyone, including the company, without the written consent of the individual.
Even our billing system assures the anonymity of the executive/manager. We are also careful to schedule appointments so that members of the same organization do not meet.

FINANCING, USAGE, AND COST - AFFORDABLE FOR ALL BUDGETS!
The organization provides the service, free of charge, as a benefit to the Executive or Manager. We invoice the organization for actual services used. Participation costs nothing!
Approximately 3% to 5% of executives/managers would use the service annually. Counselling is short-term, with an anticipated average of less than eight hours. If longer-term assistance is required, we will make an appropriate referral, or arrange with the organization to treat the situation as an exception. Our hourly rate for consultations is $200.00 + GST. The anticipated cost per user is $500.00 - $1,600.00.

WHO PROVIDES THE SERVICE?
With more than eleven years of excellent service, we are an interdisciplinary group of highly experienced counsellors. We are specialists in counselling professionals in a corporate context.
Counselling in career, personal, or family matters is provided by our core group of career counsellors and mental health professionals. When necessary, we also utilize a select group of expert consultants in the fields of medicine, law, finance, psychiatry, addictions, and so on.

HOW TO ACCESS THE SERVICE

Your organization's main contact will be one of our principals. Executives/Managers can access any required service on a 24/7 basis through one call to one contact number.
Remote services: If services are required outside Toronto, we are available by telephone, fax, or the internet. We can travel to where the need is if required; or, when appropriate, we can link remote executives/managers with selected local services.

INTRODUCTION TO THE SERVICE
Orientation sessions: We provide orientation sessions to the executives or managers to familiarize them with our services. They can meet us before they need to contact us with a problem.
Announcement of Counselling Services: We help the organization draft an announcement for Executives/Managers, and follow up with a personal letter to each individual.
